As a Dog Grooming Specialist, you’re at the heart of that experience. You create a calm, positive environment for every dog, build real relationships with pet parents, and take pride in delivering beautiful, thoughtful grooms. You’ll also guide guests on the best services, add-ons, and routines to keep their dogs healthy, comfortable, and looking their best.If you love your craft, enjoy connecting with people, and want to grow with a brand that’s building something special we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:
- Groom 6 - 10 dogs per day while maintaining quality and safety
- Perform full service grooms from bath to finish including cutting, trimming, brushing, drying, and nail care
- Execute breed standard cuts and high quality custom styles
- Consult with pet parents to understand goals and recommend appropriate services and add ons
- Drive upgrade services and support membership growth
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe grooming station
- Support your team and uphold Bowie Barker standards
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of professional dog grooming experience
- Highly skilled in all dog haircuts with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending add ons
- Able to lift and safely handle dogs 60+ pounds
- Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and tech confident
- Excited to grow with a brand that values both performance and culture

- Dog CPR Certification (Preferred)
